How booking works
We show you the catalogue, you choose your dates and your stay, then you pay on Airbnb. The stays are homes we manage as a concierge service, and homes listed by our partners, hosts on Airbnb.
1. Browse the catalogue
Every stay shows its photos, description, amenities, house rules and reviews, as they appear on Airbnb. The page is refreshed from Airbnb automatically.
2. Choose your dates and guests
The calendar shows the nights still free, taken from Airbnb and refreshed every few minutes. Once your dates are chosen, you see the price Airbnb charges for them.
3. Pay on Airbnb
Leave your name and phone number, then tap through: Airbnb opens with your dates and guests already filled in. Airbnb confirms the availability, takes the payment and applies its cancellation terms.
Do I pay Xenstay?
No. Xenstay never takes a card. The only payment is the one you make on Airbnb.
Who are the hosts?
Either us, for the homes we manage as a concierge service, or our partners, hosts who list their homes on Airbnb.
What if something goes wrong with my stay?
Your booking is an Airbnb booking, with Airbnb's cancellation terms, messaging and cover. You can also write to us at contact@xenstay.online.
Does Xenstay earn anything from this?
Yes, from the owners and partner hosts, not from you. The price you pay is the Airbnb price, with nothing added.
